Throughout my PhD and postdoctoral fellowship, I've benefited immensely from the rapid increase in open-source visualization / analysis tools. Specifically, those with thorough documentation and tutorials, typically in Jupyter notebook form, have made it far easier to adapt emerging software into my workflow and utilize them for research. 

In that same spirit, I've created a few Jupyter notebooks with significant markdown and (hopefully) instructive examples of how one can leverage these packages to extract publishable insights from simulations. Bear with me as this page and the Jupyter notebooks are still under construction...
